Return and Refund Policy

warranty

• Most products come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The used laptops come with a one-month warranty.
• We only cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
• Submit a warranty request with the invoice and a description of the problem 
• We inspect the item, and if it is eligible, we repair or replace it.
• The solution process may take 2 to 5 business days depending on the product.

Does not include warranty

• Damage resulting from misuse, overclocking, improper installation, physical abuse, liquid spills, or power surges.
• Products with serial numbers that have been removed or tampered with.
• Software-related issues.

Third-party guarantee (agents and suppliers)

• Some products are covered by the dealer or supplier warranty and we follow up. Or direct customers to their official service centers.
• We offer guarantees backed by agents and suppliers on all components.

Retrieval

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and attached documents.
• Returned items that lack accessories or have damage or signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-returnable products

• Dedicated PC devices and software license products are non-returnable.
• Opened or used items or products.
• Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Terms and Conditions

• These terms are subject to the laws of the Yemeni Ministry of Commerce.
• Disputes must be resolved through friendly negotiation or referred to the relevant authorities in the city of Sana'a.
